Have you ever watched a dancer? The way their body moves effortlessly from one direction to the other—this is called flow. When a dancer is in their true essence, it's difficult to take your eyes off of them. They are in their element, in full expression. This is our body's natural state—to be in flow.
Every single human body has flow. Blood rushing through veins. Legs carrying the weight of our body as we walk. Raising an arm to grab a glass from the cabinet. Swallowing food and digesting without issue. Waking with energy and purpose. We all have access to this.
Detoxification is a modality to reawaken flow. It helps rid the body of toxins that slow down it's function and restricts energy from organs, muscles and tissues. Without flow, we are stagnant.
Stagnation in the body causes life energy force, or Qi, to become blocked or weakened, causing dis-ease to build up in the body. Anxiety, depression, cancer, stress, inflammation, heart disease, liver disease are all a product of lack of flow.
The body works daily to keep balance. When given an opportunity to heal, it will do so, innately. Detoxification gives it that opportunity.
Detoxing is a natural process our body undergoes to rid itself of unwanted toxins, internally and externally, to keep balanced. Unfortunately, after being exposed to years of harsh environmental pollutants through the air we breath, food we eat, water we drink and personal care products on our skin, stress, illness, poor eating and lifestyle choices, and harmful substances and antibiotics, our body becomes overwhelmed and can not remove these damaging elements fast enough.
Our liver, the main detoxifying organ, filters and converts all toxins and bacteria to be eliminated through the kidneys. This intricate detox system consists of many organs and systems that work together to rid the body of waste. As these systems become bombarded and overworked, we begin to see signs of distress, which manifest as hormone imbalances, poor immune system, slow metabolism, gut issues, chronic conditions, autoimmune and other undesirable issues. A detox program supports these organs, mainly the liver and GI tract, by allowing the toxins present in the body to be metabolized and eliminated.
Detoxification targets the two most severe root causes of all disease, inflammation and oxidative stress from free radicals, by reducing inflammation and strengthening the liver's detoxification pathways.
Detoxing is a wonderful way to reboot the body, especially when combined with clean eating and exercise. Yes, it may be challenging. Yes, you may want to give up. You may get angry, resentful, and find every reason to quit. But you won't. You'll persevere with relentless will and determination. You'll complete your detox, and you'll be happy and healthier for it.
It all begins with mindset. With the proper mindset, anything is possible. It may sound cliché, but it's true. Thoughts and beliefs determine actions. Through a healthy, positive mindset and you will achieve the health and life you want.
Prepare for success. Without proper goals, guides and tools, success would be far more difficult to achieve. Learn the how, why, what and when to a successful detox. You'll take your first step into the program with everything in place to ensure optimal health.
Take action. With an improved mindset and proper preparation, it's time to move. All you have to do is follow the map we've created. You're ready. Your home is ready. Your office is ready. Your family and friends are ready. Everything is in place for you to take the final step.

The Detox Program is flexible. We all approach change differently, at different speeds. The goal of this program is to locate and release old habits, and reprogram the mind and body for lasting change. I am an advocate for real change, not a quick fix. The program can last as long as you'd like, as long as both feet are in and progress is being made.
